The Association shall be a non-profit organisation with the following objects
Rules and Regulations
To frame rules and regulations to simplify these byelaws, which shall be applicable to all members/Associate Members. However, in the event of any disputes, doubts or contradictions in the framing of such rules, the byelaws shall prevail over the rules and regulations.
Safeguard
To generally look after and safeguard, promote and protect rights and wellbeing of members, and enforce their respective obligations to each other.
Community
To represent the collective interest of the community in Jain Farms with various external agencies.
Arbiters
To the extent practical and possible to act as Arbiters at the request of the members in the event of any disputes or complaints solely affecting the Members within Jain Farms premises.
Peaceful Co-existence
To promote and strive for a peaceful co-existence among all members of the association.
Security Arrangements
To coordinate with the Developers, viz, Jain farms (P) Ltd to address the concerns of the Members with respect to the Security arrangements within the Jain Farms premises and with respect to the maintenance of the common areas as defined in clause 6(d)(x) of these Bye-laws.
Funds
To collect funds to meet the objectives of the Association.

To ensure a safe & secure living environment for the residents

To facilitate residents enjoying the benefits of well-connected living to preserve and enhance the brand value of Jain Farms by making it the most desirable place to live in the city;
